Εxhibition of 100 rare toys
The S.O.F.I.A. Foundation and the Cyprus Children’s Museum Organisation present an exhibition of 100 rare toys. Enter into the world of toy collectors and learn little secrets of their history: “Who is teddy bear? When did Barbie fall in love with Ken? When did toy soldiers become plastic? How fast can a matchbox car go? Since when is football not played on a field? What inspired toy makers and what were Hitler’s instructions?”
The exhibition will be inaugurated on Wednesday 4 May, at 19:30, by Nicosia Mayor Eleni Mavrou.
Organised in cooperation with the Nicosia Municipality and the Ministry of Education and Culture Cultural Services.
