11th Nicosia Dogathon
The Nicosia Dogathon, is a fun run or walk for people and their dogs. It is a unique and fun community event that has been vital in raising money to provide care for the overwhelmingly huge lost, unwanted and abandoned dog population in Nicosia.
SATURDAY, 7TH NOVEMBER AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NICOSIA
REGISTRATION FROM 11.30. RACE RUN 14.30
A fun and entertaining day for all the family.
2 km run or walk for you and your dog with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place from our Sponsor FRISKIES.
Registration to participate in the race: 8 euros for adults. Children under 12 and dogs go free. This includes the entrance fee to the event.
Entrance fee: 2 euros. (non participation in race)
If you do not have a dog of your own, one of our Shelter dogs would be very happy to participate with you, available on a first come first served basis. Reserve your dog at registration which must be collected by 2pm. Price 8 euros including entrance to the event.
Our lovely dogs looking for their forever home will be there for adoption.
Special Adoption fee 90 euros reduced from 110 euros.
12:30 – 14:30 LOVE FM LIVE LINK
12.45 - Dog Training Team - K9 Solutions – will be entertaining you with their team of K9’s, doing a show to music, a human agility course and obedience training. You can take part in a short obedience course and prizes to the dogs who learned to be obedient! (Entrance 2 euros)
- CLUB JUBILEE will be there with their unique brand of entertainment and activities for children.

- Accessories and treats for dogs - Riverland Organic food.
- Food and refreshments
The event will finish after the announcement of the winners and prize giving ceremony followed by the Raffle with top prizes of overnight stay from Ayii Anargyi, Almyra, Louis Hotels and Nissi Beach Resort plus many more good prizes.
