15th Bi-Annual Mind, Body & Spirit Exhibition
In Limassol, the spring Mind, Body & Spirit Exhibition has become an established event. For less than the price of a ticket to the cinema, visitors can spend the day meeting holistic therapy practitioners, browsing the many stalls selling healthy foods and natural products, attend lectures, sample classes and workshops on topics ranging from natural recovery from cancer to building healthy relationships and overcoming addictions.
Visiting speakers include Brian Snellgrove from the U.K., with 35 year's experience in his field, presenting “Relationships in a Troubled World”. Against a background of war and economic difficulties how do we see our relationship not only with others but with ourselves?
Layla Edward joins us form Venezuela with her presentation on NEUROBICS, exercises to help prevent memory loss and increase mental fitness.
Other new speakers include Ed "KTOWN" Ritchie who will present about his Guaranteed Holistic Equation for LASTING weight loss and Rosemary Christie presenting a workshop called “Create Your Dreams, with The Science of Mind”.
One of the regular participants, Anastasios Karantonis, will give a talk for the first time on the fascinating subject “Biofield And Human Aura - Capturing, Reading And Balancing Methods” (in Greek).
On Saturday, Danielle Bailley (of Therapolis) will offer an introductory yoga class. Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes Vasilious Firippis will offer a workshop on Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Heart Work Forms. Come and experience these ancient and effective self-healing practice.
There are several presentations on health nutrition. Christothea Antoniadou, PhD. will speak about the prevention of intestinal cancer through natural nutrition (in Greek), and Pan Gabrielides, PhD, will present “Benefits of Nutritional Therapy”. Anette Martinsen talk, “Dis-ease and Nutrition, How to Heal Your Body with Food” will include tasty recipe suggestions form her cookbook “'A Recipe for Health'. In case you are in doubt, Universelles Leben will present a short film and talk unequivocally entitled EATING MEAT MAKES YOU SICK!.
Continuing the theme of nutrition, on Saturday evening at 20:00, there will be a special showing of the eye-opening film “The World According to Monsanto”, which exposes what is going on in the world’s agriculture. Combining secret documents with first-hand accounts by victims, scientists and politicians, this widely praised film exposes why Monsanto has become the world's poster child for malignant corporate influence in government and technology.
In case you have not been eating well up until now, there is still hope! Siri Shabd Singh’s presents, “Organs Detoxification and Rejuvenation as Preparation for the Coming Age”. Learn how you can make a clean start form this point forward.
If you aren’t sure about the state of your health, attend “Stick Out Your Tongue - And Observe How Healthy You Are”, a presentation by Dr. Igor Cetojevic and find out!
Besides learning about the body, explore the mind and creativity with another new presenter, artist Alexander Bacht Safarov . “Art Yoga” is a new technique that connects our inner world with our spiritual core. (in Greek)
