1st Nicosia Youth Arts Festival

This year, Little Box Theatre, in collaboration with ARTos Foundation and Aigaia School of Art and Design, will be hosting Nicosia's 1st Youth Arts Festival.

The Nicosia Youth Arts Festival was created in order to offer a platform for young people in Cyprus, aged 4-35, to perform and exhibit their artwork. The festival aims to mix amateur and professional performers, dancers, musicians and artists in a 3-day jam-packed program, with the hope of inspiring young people in Cyprus to continue to create great work.

Additionally, the low ticket prices (1 euro per show!) allows anyone, regardless of their budget, to see as much live theatre, dance and music as they like. The workshops offered by professionals are all priced under 5 euros per participant, and offer a wide variety of opportunities for young people to gain new artistic skills.

The events may demand that audiences take a break from the usual weekend beach ventures, but the festival promises to make it worth your stay in Nicosia!
