2nd Cyprus Tango Meeting

Having successfully launched the Cyprus Tango Meeting last year, we are happy to welcome you back to the 2nd Cyprus Tango Meeting, a three day celebration of the Argentine Tango, where participants will have the opportunity to learn, dance, socialize and enjoy magical Tango moments. An event, designed strictly for Argentine Tango lovers!

The 2nd Cyprus Tango Meeting will take place October 30 – November 1 2015 at the 5* Grecian Park Hotel, located in Cape Greco. New line-up of renowned Maestros featuring one of the Masters of its kind, Sebastian Arce with his partner Mariana Montes will be teaching and performing for you throughout the weekend!

Argentine Tango dance, originating towards the end of the 19th century in the suburbs of Buenos Aires, quickly grew in popularity and spread internationally. Argentine Tango is addictive and loved by dancers and audiences for its sensuality, beauty and playfulness. The social form of this dance is improvised and can be learned by everyone, since it is based on walking. The music is the foundation of the dance, inviting dancers to explore and play, seeking for harmony and connection.
