2nd Fish Festival at Protaras
The Protaras / Paralimni Municipality and the Larnaka District Development Agency, with the support of local Professional Anglers Paralimni are organizing the 2nd Festival of fish in Protaras titled «Και για Ψάρι …Πάμε Πρωταρά» (And for fish … go Protaras).
The Festival will take place on Friday August 29, 2014, at 7:00 pm at the Municipal Square of Protaras.
The Festival will include free trial fresh fish seafood recipes, presentation by the renowned chef Christos Christodoulou, demonstration of traditional occupations, presentation of Cypriottraditional dishes, rich traditional music and dance program from the cultural workshop «Παρά τη Λίμνη (Para ti Limni)» and many other surprises for young and old!
The start of the event will be inaugurated by the Honorable Minister of agriculture, natural resources and environment, Mr Nikos Koygialis.
The Festival is co-funded by the European Fisheries Fund 2007-2013 and the Republic.
