3rd Mediterranean Folklore Dance Festival
After the enormous success of the 2nd Mediterranean Folklore Dance Festival, the Cultural Heritage Association of Nicosia in collaboration with the Municipality of Larnaca are organizing this year the 3rd Mediterranean Folklore Dance Festival, to be held between the 13th and 15th of September 2008, at the Finikoudes beach in Larnaca.
The main objective of the festival is the tightening of relations between the Mediterranean Countries, the acquaintance and acceptance of cultural heritage of each country, the distribution and rescue of folklore dance as well as the aid of tourism from the neighboring countries.
