6th Cyprus-Russia Charity Gala
The Cyprus-Russia Gala, which celebrates and builds on the close relationship between these two countries, has become an annual institution as well as one of the island’s major cultural events.
It will be hosted at the Presidential Palace under the high patronage of Mrs. Elsie Christofias. All proceeds will be donated to the Radiomarathon Foundation for Children with Special Needs.
The artists who will take part in the event this year are all considered top in their respective fields: KVATRO, one of the most gifted vocal ensembles in Russia, Russian rock royalty Evgeniy Margulis and his Band, a rock legend in his own right and previously as a member of the ultra-famous ‘Mashina Vremeni’ (Timemachine), Katerina Mina, one of the finest Cypriot sopranos of her generation and Greek pop diva Elena Paparizou accompanied by upcoming rock band Melisses!
The event will take place on September 8th, 2012 at 8.15, and is organized by Ensemble Productions Ltd, with the cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Culture. General Sponsor: wargaming.net
