9th Nicosia Dogathon

The Nicosia Dog Shelter presents the 9th Nicosia Dogathon. A Fun Run/Walk for People and their Dogs on Saturday 20th October 2012.

Adults 10 euros, children and dogs are free! For every registration Dulux is giving away one of their famous toy dogs*

Location: University of Nicosia (Intercollege), Engomi, Nicosia.(at the Amphitheatre behind the University).

Registration at 1:30 pm
Run/walk starts at 3:30 pm

At this year’s event, we will have:
- Our lovely dogs for adoption
- A raffle with great prizes. The top prizes are an overnight stay at the Deluxe Anassa and Almyra Hotel Spas
- Silent Auction
- Fun for all the family with face painting, hair-braiding, massage, art competition
- Fabulous Nicosia Dog Shelter merchandise will be on sale.
- Refreshments, bake sale, delicious snacks, ice cream and more.
- Games/tombolla and prizes for the winning runners.
-Prizes will also be given for the best dressed and smiliest dog, and the dog with the most wagging tail!
- Our NDS Vet will be on hand to answer your queries concerning your pets.

THIS YEAR IT IS OUR AIM TO RAISE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE WE MUST URGENTLY MOVE PREMISES AND BUILD A NEW SHELTER

The NDS is a registered association working hard for the care and welfare of the huge unwanted and abandoned dogs and puppies in Nicosia. Animals who, without us, would have no hope and none to care for them.
