Some people call Sander a technical & musical genius. And who can deny it? He has cranked out more dance floor destroyers, sold-out gigs, number one records, and awards than most artists do in a lifetime. Sander van Doorn is without a doubt one of the worlds most essential, influential and popular DJ/Producers in dance music today.

Those with an ear for music have known of Sander for some time now, but 2008 was when the world started whispering “have you heard of Sander van Doorn?” - the secret weapon of so many Dj’s was out! When Carl Cox stops the music to point you out, telling the nearly 50,000 people “This is one of the best producers in music today, remember his name…Sander van Doorn!” then you can bet the whole world will take notice. Carl Cox is not his only celebrity fan: Tiesto named Sander one to watch early on and Armin van Buuren championed his productions regularly.

Sander seized the opportunities at hand and dedicated himself to a relentless touring and production schedule for the next few years. It was during this time that Sander penned some of his classics. From originals like Grasshopper, Punk’d and Riff, to massive remixes of The Killers (Spaceman), Sia (The Girl You Lost To Cocaine), Robbie Williams (Close My Eyes) and Depeche Mode (Peace) and the release of his debut album “Supernaturalistic” late in 2008, he created something he prefers to call 'SvD-style'.

Besides his busy production schedule, Sander has worked tirelessly to bring his radioshow 'Identity' and his clubbing concept, Dusk till Doorn to fruition. And if this mountain of accomplishments were not enough, he somehow makes time to produce his quarterly ‘how-to’ show called ‘Studio Sessions’ on his YouTube channel (SanderVanDoornTV).

With a tour diary that sees the superstar play to more than a million fans each year, Sander van Doorn is considered today electronic music royalty. Within just a few years, Sander has blasted his way to the top. And this is only the beginning.

Summer 2011 finds him on top lists of all DJ Polls and in Cyprus for the Absolut Summer Party on Friday the 12th of August at Makronisos Beach club Ayia Napa, what is expected to be the most spectacular party of this summer in Cyprus!
