This work aims to confirm that in Cyprus, some artists do not limit themselves to dreams, but dare to propose fresh and exciting musical productions, in spite of adverse conditions.
The musical stamp
allouPaPa detest all kinds of musical stereotypes and labels. However, if someone tried to scan their musical influences, they would find them at the great crossroads where East meets West, the Balkans meet rock music, where folk music meets the hectic rhythms of funk, and traditional sounds. Sounds rich with references to the artistic and modern Greek ballads. It consists of musicians with passion and shared vision, but with different sounds. The members of the group have been involved in various artistic events, while participating occasionally in interesting collaborations with notable musicians in Cyprus and abroad.
From the sizable repertoire of already orchestrated and recorded songs, nine have been selected for inclusion in the debut album. The production and editing of orchestrations was done by bassist and vocalist, Nikos Doukas in collaboration with Socrates Terpizis (ST pro Studio Recording). The overall sound was engineered in such a way as to include the total diversity of each member of the group.
