Artist's statement: Whoever observes my work, I would like them to feel that the observer moves into my special private world - a positive world that is optimistic; a world full of light, love and happiness with lots of humour. It is a world that is not grey from throws of everyday life. My figures are larger than life and they move in a colourful environment, comfortable and sure of themselves – flirting – falling in love – having fun – showing optimism and joy for life one that they want to share with you, and if you catch yourself smiling then you have entered my world and I have achieved my purpose.
