Armenian Night
And it all started like this ... If someone asked which communities constitute the population of Cyprus, how many would know for the Armenian-Cypriots?
YEU Cyprus in cooperation with the Armenian Youth of Cyprus organizes Armenian night in Armenaki Restaurant. The evening includes the preparation of traditional recipes, Armenian food and drinks and traditional dances!
The aim of this event is to know the history and culture of the Armenians of Cyprus. They may number only a few thousands on the island, but they have a very unique culture that is worth to know about but also it is essential to protect it!
The evening will start with a traditional Armenian recipe: Armenian meatballs. You will all have the opportunity to cook Armenian food!
Armenian food and drink will follow and in the end, Armenian young people will show us how to dance traditional Armenian dances!
The cost of participation in this event is 10 euros and includes food and one drink.
