Artistic e-Mobility

ARTos Foundation would like to invite artists and actors of the cultural world in the meetings of the European programme e-mobility. The meetings will take place at ARTos Foundation from 29th to 1st of February 2009.

E-mobility is an interactive and innovative community programme/network which promotes the mobility of young artists and their interactivity with actors from the cultural, economic and social worlds. ARTos Foundation participates in the programme representing Cyprus. Other participating countries are France, the Czech Republic, Germany, Luxemburg, Portugal and Romania, while a representative of the European Committee will attend the meetings.

The main objective of the programme is the creation of a European cultural community that would attract new artists, fostering, this way, new forms of mobility, while emphasis is given to the use of new technologies as a communication tool.

One of the major priorities of the programme is to invite as many artists as possible to participate in the meeting and to give them the space to share both experiences and knowledge. The meetings will be open to any interested artist and cultural administrator or representative on Tuesday, 29th of January 2009 at 3.00pm.
