They formed Baklavia because the Greek government wanted a piece of the pie!
Complications and humorous situations occur as the pastry factory owner and staff scramble to establish order when their supplies run out and they're forced to face the facts that there's got to be a better way to buy cream cheese and lemon filling and not have to use it as a weapon against the bureaucratic taxman.
Positively sweet, if just a little rebellious.
Back off - this is cream cheese!
