Beauty and the Beast on Ice

JYProductions in association with Wild Rose has pioneered the concept of Theatre on Ice by producing full length ‘Ballet on Ice’ productions designed to fit on theatre stages.

Known collectively as the Russian Ice Stars’, have won over 300 competition medals between them, and have been enthralling audiences across the globe for over 15 years. They are regarded by many as the finest company of professional skaters in the world,return in their new spectacular production of ‘Beauty and the Beast on Ice’.
These professional theatrical Ice Skaters promise to leave you spellbound by this dramatic and emotional tale of love, based on the original fairy tale of love, going back to 1740.

Expertly choreographed by Cavaliere Giuseppe Arena, who staged the opening ceremony of the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin and has the Italian equivalent of a knighthood bestowed on him for his services to dance.

The score specially composed for Wild Rose by celebrated Italian composer Silvio Amato, this is a truly eclectic team of creative talent drawn from around the world. Combined with a new state of the art lighting rig and fire effects this really is a show not to be missed.

Performances will take place at the Sports Centre ‘Spyros Kyprianou’ (Palais de Sport), Limassol at the following times:
