Benjamin Faugloire Project

The Institut français de Chypre, in collaboration with the Pharos Arts Foundation, offers you a concert with the Benjamin Faugloire Project. This jazz trio is composed of 3 musicians from Marseille: Benjamin Faugloire (piano and composition), Denis Frangulian (double bass) and Jérome Mouriez (drum kit).

The Project was born in 2006 in Paris and really started to take shape during a writing residency in Gap the same year. Their first album 'Première Nouvelle' was released two years later and was warmly welcomed by the audience as well as music professionals. Another album 'The Diving' was released in 2012. And the trio is now about out release its third album: 'Birth'.

Two years later , the first album from the trio " first news " was born . 3 stars Jazzman , many items of local and national press , and most importantly, an immediate warm and unanimous from the public.
Since this young trio happens both in prestigious venues like the Festival of the 5 Continents in Marseille, the JVC Jazz Festival in Paris , the Jazz Festival in Domergue in Cannes, that during a tour of clubs .
