Camaron
Camarón is a journey through the life and work of flamenco music maestro José Monge Cruz "Camarón de la Isla" an approach to this cantaor singer that innovated flamenco, influenced the new generations and broke down social and artistic barriers. His desires, successes and struggles are reflected in his peculiar vision of making music.
The movie is divided into three stages: discovery, confirmation and recognition-farewell. Through these stages we will learn about his love affairs, his national and international recognition, his records that revolutionized the interpretation of flamenco music, his wedding with Dolores "La Chispa", his flirts with drugs and his physical deterioration at a very early age.
