Canalón de Timbiquí - Workshop on Colombian Music
Windcraft is proudly hosting a workshop with the Colmbian group Canalón de Timbiquí on traditional Colombian music from the Pacific coast. The workshop will introduce us to the structure of traditional female vocals, the structure of marimba music as well as the variety of rhythms played on the Colombian Pacific coast.
At the end of the workshop, participants will be invited to perform a song with the musicians.
Vocalists, percussionists and other instrumentalists or music lovers are welcome to join.
