Chocolate Week at Four Seasons

Chocolate lovers will have the opportunity to taste harmonious combinations especially prepared by the hotel’s pastry chef and his team for this week. Rich chocolate cream with ginger joins citrus fruit, white chocolate is combined with pineapple and coconut, cubes of black chocolate mousse with butter biscuits and Quantro crème are some of the many gastronomic choices which will please even the most discerning visitor. Imaginative chocolate bites in violet and berry combinations, fresh vanilla, caramel and spicy smells will also keep you company at home. They can also make an ideal gift for your loved ones.
The best raw ingredients, like unique exotic Venezuelan and Caribbean chocolate make rich chocolate aroma and flavours in all of the chocolate creations. The Chocolate Week menu is enriched with chocolate-ice cream creations bringing together two sweet temptations into extra-ordinary satisfaction. Special flavours like white chocolate with rosewater essence and bitter chocolate with caramel and cereal take you on to a unique journey of gastronomy.
