Painting exhibition by Constantina Lami
The exhibition will be opened by Mrs. Soula Lipsou-Yiangou, Artist
on Monday, 18 November 2013 at 7.30 p.m.
Constantina was born in Nicosia in 1984. She studied at the School of Fine Arts of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki under Professor George Golfinos. This is her first solo exhibition. As a whole, Constantinas’ work revolves around the world of human emotions. The extent of color use in area but also in materiality interpret the need of what the artist has to say. Thus color takes a leading role, not strokes, since this is what helps to directly convey what the artist wants to express. Each painting portrays a separate world. It becomes an internal space. Graphics, color...materiality, become the language of human emotions.
