The Association of the Friends of the Leventis Museum of Nicosia is organising an event entitled:
“Contemporary Ceramics encounters History”
Saturday 8 November 2014
10:00 – 17:00
11 Cypriot Ceramists create artworks inspired by the history of Cyprus as well and the collections of The Leventis Municipal Museum of Nicosia
The artworks will be offered to the public during the course of the event.
at The Leventis Municipal Museum of Nicosia. Part of the proceedings will be used to enrich the Museum’s collections and for the support of its educational programmes.
Participant Artists’: Vasos Demetriou, Christina Constantinou Giusti, Varvara Georgiou, Panikkos Nestoros, Michaella Karagiorgi, Koulla Kalvari, Andreas Kattos, Avgoustinos Kontos, Photos Demetriou and Maria Vassiliou.
