Coop Kids Festival

The Cooperative Central Bank, with the support of the Recreation Funds of the Coop Employees, organizes a unique festival for children on Sunday, 5 October 2014 from 10.00- 18.00 at the open space of the University of Cyprus (old campus, 75 Kallipoleos Avenue, Nicosia).

The public will have the opportunity to enjoy live music from Greek and Cypriot artists, like the band of the well known Greek writer and composer Dimitris Baslam, and the Symphonic Orchestra of Strovolos Municipality-European University under the direction of Dr. Yiannis Myralis. Furthermore, children will be able to engage in several creative activities led by professional artists, actors, and entertainers like the group Paramythies that will recite fairy tales to children with the accompaniment of music (Cyprus), Morfes Ekfrasis that will engage kids in creative activities (Greece), George Koftis who will create graffiti (Greece), Vassiliki Anastasiou who will play with singing and music (Cyprus), Charis who will do yoga and cooking (Cyprus), and others.
Last but not least, Fork Food Market will take care of all the goodies to eat and drink during the festival.

The purpose of this festival is to support financially the charity organization “Vagoni Agapis”, which supports families and children in need.

Entrance (for the charity organization): €5.00 (children only). Children will be able to participate to all the activities during the festival.
