Cycling Tour in Lakatamia
In the context of the World Car-free Day, the Municipal Youth Board of Lakatamia in cooperation with Lakatamia Municipality organizes a cycling tour in Lakatamia on September 25th. The tour will start at Agios Georghios Park (Lakatamia Municipal Amphitheatre)in Lakatamia at 11am.
Participants will follow a predetermined route, passing both through the city and through part of the cycling road along river Pedieos. More details on the route will be given at the starting point.
People of any age can participate! Participants are advised to be at the starting point of the event with their bikes at least 20 minutes before the commencement in order to register. Participants will also have the chance to win bicycles and other presents.
At the starting point of the tour, Graffiti art will also take place accompanied by DJ music. Everyone can watch or participate for free as well.
The cycling tour is part of the Lakatamia Youth Festival- September 2010.
