The Diary of Adam and Eve
"The Diary of Adam and Eve" is a special, handmade “pocket” musical, based on the Adamic myth of Mark Twain. The ingenious American writer, famous for his sarcastic writing, but also for his ... diabolical humor, tells the story of how the first man and first woman met in Eden ... and the aftermath. The astute patriarch of American literature "reveals" everything that was withheld in the biblical version, while making sharp commentary about the eternal battle of the sexes that fully reflects the present.
Twain observes with humor and tenderness the first couple, the first steps in Eden to modern New York, he captures with incredible detail the unprecedented experience - sometimes hilarious and sometimes deeply moving - and creates a story that speaks about love and hate, loyalty and betrayal, the past and present, life and death, in an attempt to decipher the enigmatic mystery of human existence.
