On the 3rd of August the pioneers of electronic music who revolutionised the Drum N Bass and Dubstep scene, are coming to Cyprus for the 1st time for an explosive 90 minute set that will blow everybody’s minds!
Dirtyphonics, the French innovators, have been touring since 2006 in well known clubs and festivals around the globe such as Electric Daisy Carnival, Glastonbury, Mon-egros, Solidays, Starscape, Beatpatrol, Audioriver, Together As One, Big Chill and Global Gathering to name a few and with tracks that have been reaching the top 10 charts worldwide, like Quarks”, “The Secret”, “Teleportation” “Lottery”, “Tarantino”, “Vandals” and “Oakwood” which clearly show the band’s versatility and production quality.
All those tracks got heavy support from the world’s most famous DJs of the electronic music scene like Pete Tong, Steve Aoki, Skrillex, Rusko, Benga, Datsik, Flux Pavillion, Doctor P, Zane Lowe, Annie Mac, Kissy Sell Out, Annie Nightingale, Andy C, Chase & Status, Subfocus, Pendulum…
In 2009 they have been awarded by DNBA Awards as ‘Best Newcomer Producer’’ and today Dirtyphonics are considered as one of the hottest acts of the scene and in the recent years they have been asked to remix tracks for big names such as Benny Benassi, Skrillex, Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Crystal Method, Krafty Kuts, Nero & The Bloody Beetroots on labels such as Warner, Ultra, MTA, Virgin, Ram Records or Dim Mak.
Opening and closing sets by Dirtybasslines, the well- known local crew, that has been promoting the dubstep scene in Cyprus with their powerful and unique sets.
If you’ve seen these French originators live, you have witnessed the future of live drum& bass perfor-mance that leaves competitors in the dust.
