Elektronik Meditation & Plain History

The 5th X-Dream Festival will conclude next Friday, 20 December 2013, with an evening of live looping music and live art by Elektronik Meditation (GR) and Plain History, in collaboration with Louvana Records.

Elektronik Meditation:
An experimental project by Jannis Anastasakis and Deniz Angelaki. Jannis is considered to be in a league of his own as a guitar player in Greece. His unique, in-depth approach of the guitar as an ambient sound generator, and the extended use of analog effects & synths, results in a very personal and unique sound that take the music from ambient to psychedelic and off limits to new territory! All sounds and music are produced live. He has collaborated with Haig Yazdjian, Thodoris Rellos and Intravenus, and he is the builder and designer of the JAM pedals. Deniz is using color as means of expression, along with the camera documenting every moment and detail that is taking place on the canvas. With a special projection technique, offers incredible attention to detail and creates a unique ambiance, providing a visual extension to the music of Jannis Anastasakis.
