Erratic City
Culture Heritage Diversity Creativity Youth
How can all these things co-exist in an arguably erratic city such as Nicosia?
Can this city make way for the future? For more creativity and innovation in city planning, of course, that is, beyond grand architectural projects, but mostly geared towards making its citizens happier and more interested. What does our city comprise of at the end of it? Don’t you wonder what tour guides say when they take tourists on walks? If they even mention the youth, or the traditional craftsmen that are being driven out of the workshops that they have held since the war on the green line.
A photographic exhibition from youthful eyes turns towards their heritage and culture – no matter how diverse and all-enveloping those two words are. Diversity can have positive results just as long as we respect it and look at it straight in the eyes.
Through visual and textual material, the aforementioned questions and many more are posed.
All in all, stop parking on pavements. We have disabled people that need to enjoy their city as much as you do.
On from the 11th to the 17th of February. Monday through Saturday, 11 am to 7pm with a break from 1pm to 4pm
