Farma Projekt
In 2013, Farma Projekt was born from the organizers (a.k.a Three Cocks Down) need and desire to create an event in Cyprus where people could have fun with no compromises. This year, on the 16th of July at 19:00 at Angel’s Hills resort in Kampia village, Lefkosia, 5 stages (The Live Acts, The Jam 101, The Kennel, The Arena, The Tomb) will be there in precision, waiting to fascinate us, and give us a night they promise we will never forget.
At The Live Acts stage, you can find some of your favourite local bands, and because good music has no borders, RSN and The Big Nose Attack from Greece, followed by DELLA all the way from Germany will also be taking the stage. The remaining 3 DJ set stages will be presenting your favourite DJ personas, whether they are local (Cusack, The Mighty Scoop, Johnny Blue) or international names (Alex Tomb), each bringing forward organic, electronic beats to suit everyones tastes.
The 5th stage this year, called The Jam 101, will be transformed into a music workshop where anyone – regardless of knowledge and experience - can participate to enrich any DJing skills they wish to acquire, or build on. 3 professionals in the field will be there to guide participants through certain techniques such as Beatmaking, Scratching and Mixing.
The type of music you can expect to hear this year at Farma Projekt is: Soul, Funk, Alternative Rock, Blues, Rock, Rock n’ Roll, Cumbia, Tropical beats, Downtempo Trip-hop, Psychedelic Rock, Pizzadelic blues, Electro – funk, Groove, Breakbeats, Hip-hop, Electro, Freestyle, DnB, Trap, Glinch-hop, Nu disco, Tech-house, Acid-house, Techno, (Deep, Dark, Atmospheric, Underground Energetic Dance Music). A signature stamp of Farma Projekt, is the spectacular installations which set the scene and embody the event. These are brought to life by none other than The Children At Play Workshop team, which ever year surprise us, and impress us more and more, with their originality.
