Frida
Following their popular production titled Angeliki at Neos Kosmos Theatre and a successful tour in both Cyprus and Greece, Fly Theatre present their new project, based on the life and work of Frida Kahlo. In this production, video art intertwines with theatre, in a high-end multimedia performance - a tribute to the turbulent life of this iconic painter. Katerina Damvoglou takes on the title role of the Mexican painter, with humour, flexibility and sarcasm, whereas Robin Beer animates the stage with sound and video, setting up the colourful world that surrounds the artist.
