Gastronomia - Gastrognosia
Gastrognosia is been organized since 1995 and is aiming at the briefing of Cypriot professionals on new tendencies, innovations and technology of products and services for beverage, bakery, confectionary and relevant equipment as well as the promotion between the professionals and the companies of the sector in Cyprus and abroad.
Also, Gastronomia –Gastrognosia is open for the public giving the companies a unique opportunity to make their products famous through consuming.
The exhibition is organized by Georgallis Fair & Easy System Ltd, the Cyprus’ Chef’s, the Cyprus Federation of Confectioners and the Pancyprian Association of Bakers.
Furthermore, is supported by the Ministry of Commerce Industry and Tourism, The Ministry of Natural Recourses and Environment and other organizations and associations, such as the Organization of Cyprus Hotels Association, the Cyprus Union of Barmen etc.
During the Gastronomia –Gastrognosia, which is organized every 2 years in February in the Cyprus State Fair Ground in Nicosia, are organized competitions and seminars for individuals and interesting cooking and pastry shows for the public.

Friday: 4:00 – 8:30 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 2:00 – 8:30 pm
