Molecular Cuisine Seminar
A 3-day seminar (6h/day) on “Molecular Cuisine” (advanced level).
Well known Spanish Chef Alain Devahive Tolosa who was a member of the research team of world famous Spanish Chef Ferran Adria, from “El Bulli”, the world’s top restaurant (3 Michelin stars) and now is “Demonstration Chef” for I.C.C (International Cooking Concepts) Company, will be showing interesting Molecular Cuisine techniques and recipes for: Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch ,Dinner and Cocktails.
Along with Chef Tolosa, Spanish Maitre d’hôtel Miro Josep, who was for many years Director of Restaurants Hotel Arts in ‘The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company’ in Barcelona, will be showing ‘new ways of serving’ molecular plates.
Training Time: 6 hours/day
* Interpretation will be provided into Greek & English during all seminars.
* All participants will receive an Attendance Certificate.
* VAT (15%) is not included in the price.
