George Sabanis
The Greek singer George Sabanis will perform at D' Argento Club in Limassol on the 5th of January 2011.
George Sabanis, before turning professionally to music, was a well-known sprinter who has won 14 gold Greek medals and many other awards. In the opening ceremony of the 2004 Olympic Games was a Runner with the flame. He is into music since his childhood and has taken guitar lessons along with running.
During the last years Sabanis has released three albums, with the forth one expected soon. He also plays live with his band in several clubs in Athens.
