Saturday at the Museum - The good and bad knights
The Centre of Visual Arts and Research in collaboration with Soloneion Book Centre will choose and present every month for our little friends of the museum a beautiful story about empathy, acceptance, diversity, understanding and emotions. Through the stories the children will have the opportunity to get to know different parts of the museum’s collection.
In this carnival book-workshop:
-we will read the story of Antonis Papatheodoulou ‘The good and the bad knights’
-we will get to know the medieval castles of Cyprus through the paintings in the museum
-we will draw our own castles
-we will recreate the story and take up the roles of the good and the bad knights
-we will dance medieval dances
