Guitare Amoroso
Clown comedy combined with Argentine tango. Created by the Choc Trio Company.
The Choc Trio Company dives deep into the complexity of human relationships, testing our ability to live together. Totally artistic, this performance, full of sensuality, gentleness and emotion, combines the art of clown with music and it is enriched by the special skills the Company has been developing over the past 15 years, while working on these two disciplines.
Mr. Maurice, after returning from a long stay in Buenos Aires, goes back home tired but happy: at last he will see again the love of his life, his faithful classic guitar. Their reunion is more complicated than expected. He is totally occupied by Argentine tango. The best companion he can share this passion with is his classic guitar. The arrival of an electric guitar comes to disrupt this romance and makes Mr. Maurice doubt for tango, a feeling that reminds the complexity of relationships... With this burlesque and music solo, Claude Cordier gives life to that Auguste character which is brought back to speak about love, couples, antagonism between youth and maturity, about the alternative between modernity and tradition, with lightness and sensibility. Acrobat, clown, juggler, dancer and... musician, he performs with poetry and fresh naivety the difficult art of living together!
