Ioanna Philippou
Ioanna Philippou is a young artist who is known to the public by the caricatures in the newspaper «Politis». She draws inspiration from everyday life and creates paintings with strong and glaring colors depicting fantastic and strange worlds.
For her smaller works she is using watercolors, while for her larger projects she using “avgotempera” - a mixture of egg yolk and oil paint.
This will be Ioannas’ first solo exhibition with works created during the last three years.
The opening will take place on Wednesday 20 May at 20:00.
