Isabelle Panaud
Exhibition with works by the French printmaker Isabelle Panaud.
Isabelle lives and works on the island Ré, off the coast of mainland France in the Atlantic ocean. The scents, colors and unique nature of the island, which every year welcomes migratory birds from Siberia, Scandinavia, Canada and Africa, are the sources of inspiration for the artist.
Her works are mainly produced with the aquatint method, a form of etching with acid on a plate partially covered with varnish that produces a print somewhat resembling a watercolour.
