Ivana Aresti: A Drawing / Collage Exhibition
Prozak is proud to host Ivana Aresti with a collective of collages, drawing and experimentations on paper. Themed primarily around portraiture, many of the pieces are inspired from and 'play' with the human form, animal portraits and insects.Through the process of boiling and soaking paper in different kinds of tea, Ivana tries to incorporate performance and ritual into her practice as well as produce random yet distinctive textures and colours.
Ivana Aresti was born in Yugoslavila in 1986 where she completed her college studies in applied arts. She later attended Nottingham Trent University in England obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts. She currently resides and works in Nicosia, Cyprus.
