Jazz Festival Aglantzia 2009
The Municipality of Aglantzia organizes for the third consecutive year the Jazz Festival. The entrance to the Festival is free. Drinks and souvlaki will be available.

The Outer Soul Ensemble

The Outer Soul Ensemble is a seven-piece, groove band that incorporates jazz, funk and afro soul creating its own original sound and compositions.

Elizabeth Simonian Quintet

The Elizabeth Simonian Quintet is an intimate but dynamic quintet that mixes calmness and intensity in their performance. Elizabeth is known for her lyrical interpretation and her flexible voice.

World Music Quartet

Original compositions, traditional and contemporary melodies, improvisation describe the newly formed band from Limassol.

Andreas Georgiou Ethnic Jazz Trio

Andeas Georgiou is moving in a huge range of musical styles of jazz and European improvisation with strong ethnic characteristics of the Mediterranean, India and Africa.
Georgiou has been experimenting extensively with the use of various traditional instruments in his own music such as, among others, the Greek tambura, the Cretan mantoura, the Cyprian pithkiavli, the Indian sitar and shahnay and the African sansa.
