Lizeta Kalimeri & Giorgos Kazantzis
On Tuesday, October 13th, 2015, at 20:00, at the Kasteliotissa Medieval Hall in Nicosia, the public will have the opportunity to attend a quality musical performance for piano and voice with the well known Greek singer Lizeta Kalimeri and the composer Giorgos Kazantzis.
Lizeta Kalimeri (Λιζέτα Καλημέρη) was born in 1969 in Thessaloniki. Since she was a little girl she has been playing guitar and singing. It wasn't much later when she started performing her favorite songs in the local music scene. She has performed with Nikos Kypourgos, Socratis Malamas, Orfeas Peridis, Nikos Xidakis, Christos Tsiamoulis, Loudovikos ton Anogion, Stavros Kougioumtzis, Thanasis Papakonstantinou, Haris Alexiou, Maria Farantouri, Manolis Lidakis, Alkinoos Ioannidis, Vasso Allayianni, Manolis Rasoulis, Eleni Vitali, Lavrentis Maheritsas, Manolis Mitsias, Melina Kana (who is Lizeta's sister), Savina Yiannatou, Hronis Aidonidis, Halil Karaduman and others.
