The Majestic Music Tree - music workshops for children

The educational artists group "The Majestic Music tree" organizes music workshops for children.

1. «Motion playing fables» (4-10 year olds)

Through this imaginative music and movement workshop we will perform Julia’s Donaldson ‘The Gruffalo’ with a totally different way! We will use our body, our voice and various percussion instruments to involve ourselves in the plot. With free expression and creativity as our guides, we will then ‘play’ this performance through the filter of music and movement approach.

2.FIND YOUR SINGING VOICE (4-10 year olds)

Interactive workshop on the development and treatment of young children’s voices based on singing games and traditional songs from around the world.
- exploration of our singing spectrum
- differentiation of speaking and singing
- diaphragmatic breathing techniques for children
- joyful activities for energizing and relaxing
- activities on developing a steady beat and finding the pitch
