The Rotary Club of Nicosia in cooperation with the theater group "Prometheas’’ presents the contemporary adaptation of Kostas Pretenteris comedy play ‘‘The mummy’s boy’’. Played for the first time under the name "KOYNENES" in the Gloria Theater in 1978 starring Kostas Voutsas and Eleni Anousaki. This is a delightful comedy with constant twists and amazing dialogues and sheds light on the relationship mother-son. The play features solid stage technique, glib dialogue and witty episodes.
Directed by the successful director Athena Xenidou who has directed, among other things, the plays:
‘‘The Stone (THOC)’’, ‘‘Miss Julie’’, ‘‘I hate Ηamlet’’, ‘‘The shadow box - (THOC)'', ‘‘Touch and go’’, ‘‘The good body’’, ‘‘Vagina monologues’’ ect.
Dates of the play: 3 (Monday), 9 (Sunday), 10 (Monday), 16 (Sunday), 23 (Sunday) of March 2014.
Starts at: 8:30 p.m - Entrance: €10 at Pallas theatre.
