Learn ways to reduce stress improve your health and maybe even find your life’s purpose in the positive and happy atmosphere of the Mind Body & Spirit Exhibition. Experience a variety of complementary therapies and practices such as Energy therapies, yoga, shiatsu, sound bath, chakra balancing, meditation, art, dancing, and native music, Crystal therapy, dowsing for health, NLP, Hypnosis, SRT and Reiki that can preserve and restore health without the use of pharmaceuticals with their often debilitating side effects.
Our younger visitors will enjoy making friend with KungFu Panda play with healthy wonder dough, practice yoga and healthy cooking for kids!
Our special guests Anna Zorzou from the worldly renowned YogaWorks & Dr. Patricia Elizabeth Torres Villanyeva dynamic psychologist, cultural anthropologist and dancer will be showing their work in the Dionysos room.
No visit to a Mind, Body & Spirit exhibition would be complete without dedicating some time to the eclectic exhibitor marketplace. Here you'll find over 90 individuals and organisations with a wealth of experience and expertise, treatments and treats to see, try and buy.
It’s up to you whether you would like to spend a full day or just an hour attending the various presentations and workshops. Take some time out from your busy schedule and invest the time in yourself. Spend a pleasant day exploring the exhibition and sampling what is on offer. The Hilton Park offers a light lunch buffet, so why not plan to stay all day.
