Mobile Photography Workshop

Following the first worldwide exhibition opening of the winning images of the 6th Annual Mobile Photo Awards in our gallery, on the 10th February, 2017, 6x6 Centre for Photography invites you to register on a Mobile Photography workshop, to be carried out the following day.

Join award-winning photographer from Ireland, Brendan Ó Sé, and discover how to get the most out of the camera on your mobile device. Brendan will guide you on the basics of composition, light and technique, and show you tips and tricks to maximise the potential of your smartphone’s camera.

What you will learn:

Best apps for mobile photography

A hands-on walk through how to use the best app there is for mobile photography: Snapseed

Experiential photo walk: Hit the streets and put into practice what you have been learning

Live editing and processing session

As you are shooting, and later in the editing session, Brendan will be available to give you guidance.

The workshops are sponsored by Olloclip (makers of the best clip-on lenses) and prizes will be awarded [there will be a draw].

Brendan’s workshops are dynamic and fun. Participants will leave enthusiastic to get shooting and have a greater understanding how to get the most from the best camera there is: that one in their pocket or purse!
