Motor Show 2010
Despite the near 40 per cent drop in sales last year and the continued existence of a flat market, car importers have decided to hold the largest Motorshow ever seen in Cyprus this month.
The exhibition will give visitors the chance to enjoy the latest and most modern models of cars on the market today.
There will be 35 exhibitors in total, exhibiting cars from Europe, Asia and America, while covering 14,500 square metres of ground from pavilions one to seven. Thirty types of saloon and commercial vehicles will be on show, as will pavilions offering services and accessories related to motor vehicles.
Antique cars and motorcycles of Cyprus will also be on display, while the Police Traffic department will also be present to promote road safety.
The Motorshow will be officially launched by Communications Minister Nicos Nicolaides on January 19 at 6pm at the Cyprus International Fair grounds, pavilion six. Daily opening hours are from 5pm to 10pm, on Saturday between 3pm and 10pm and on Sunday from 10am to 10pm.
The show’s main sponsor Marfin Laiki Bank will also be present at the exhibition, offering financial packages for car purchases.
