Saturdays at the Museum - Mrs Strubinski's hats
The Centre of Visual Arts and Research in collaboration with Soloneion Book Centre will choose and present every month for our little friends of the museum a beautiful story about empathy, acceptance, diversity, understanding and emotions. Through the stories the children will have the opportunity to get to know different parts of the museum’s collection.
In the book-workshop of January
-we will read the allegorical story of Heinz Janisch ‘Mrs Strubinski’s hats'
-we will have a discussion about the hats of the story
-we will look around the museum at different hats and characters
-we will create our own special hats
