Music for Clarinet, Cello and Piano
We are delighted to announce our upcoming event featuring George Georgiou (clarinet), Doros Zisimos (cello) and Corina Vassiliou (piano) in Music for Clarinet, Cello and Piano. The concert is organised by Cyprus Clarinet Studio (CCS) and will take place on Tuesday, 12 February 2014, 20:30 at Archontiko Technon ARTE.
‘Cyprus Clarinet Studio’ was formed in 2009 and it aims to promote the clarinet in Cyprus through workshops, seminars, concert etc. So far, it worked with many musicians from Cyprus and abroad such as Erik Mandat (USA), Kinan Asmeh (Syria), Gabor Varga (Hungary), Cristo Barrios (Spain), Julian Farrell (UK) and Yiannis Samprovalakis (Greece).
The programme for this concert will be:
Max Bruch: 8 Pieces
Malcolm Arnold: Fantasy for solo clarinet
Enrique Granados: Orientale Spanish Dance Op. 37, No. 2
