Music Day 2015
The "Fête de la Musique" (Music Day) is above all a free popular event, open to any participant (amateur or professional musicians) who wants to perform in it. This Music day allows the expression of all styles of music in a cheerful atmosphere.
This year the French Institute, in partnership with the Aglantzia Municipality, invites you to a concert of the French artist Manu Rivière and of the Cypriot group "The Zilla Project".
Manu Rivière and his five accompanying musicians invites you though a musical performance to travel between lyrical flights and intimist nuances, between rock music and French songs.
"The Zilla Project" is a four-piece band playing its own version of the blues with many allusions to all styles of American music. In the last five years, they have emerged as the leading blues band in Cyprus.They manage to create a remarkable atmosphere with a distinct American flavour
