Nikolas Metaxas - Kokkina Xalia

For one night only, X Factor finalist Nikolas Metaxas and the band Kokkina Xalia (red carpets) are performing at the 7 Seas in Limassol. The show will be in English however they might sing a few Greek Songs as well.

Nikolas Metaxas is 21 years old. He was born in New York, but was raised in Cyprus. His musical talent showed from an early age when he started starring in various musicals. During his 21 years, Nikolas starred in more than 8 musicals including Oliver, Wizard of Oz, Cabaret and others. He has been taking guitar, piano and voice lessons for several years now. His performing and songwriting talent has shown from an early age since he has been composing and performing his own songs since the age of 12. He has won the National Lions songwriting competition and has released a single with the winning song via the biggest record label in Cyprus. He has also won several national singing awards. Nikolas is participating as the songwriter and composer of the Cypriot entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow, Russia.

Kokkina Xalia were one of the finalists in the X Factor Greek talent show. They have already performed in sell out concerts both in Cyprus as well as in Greece, appealing to fans of all ages. All born in Greece, except for Georgios Papademetrakis who was born in Washington from Greek parents, they are excellent and talented musicians.
