Nikos Economopoulos

Born in Patras, Nikos Economopoulos after winning the TV competition “Dream Show -2” and recording a number of best-selling albums has achieved a Mega-Star status in Greek laika music.

Busy schedule of Nikos, who is regularly performing in the prestigious Athenian Nightclubs, such as “Fever” and “Thea”, left him with a rather small opportunity for the concert touring. Especially - during the last summer (2014), when his programme along with Peggy Zina had a continuous success at Thea, one of the most popular seaside venues in Athens, during 6 months.

Still, Nikos has managed to travel to America to tour successfully Canada and USA in March, 2014. In every city where he performed – was it New York or Toronto, Montreal or Atlantic City - each his concert turned out to be a triumphal success. General opinion of the audience was: "He is the best of what we have seen here before"

At this time Nikos Economopoulos is going to release his new album, the pilot song of which - "Pote" - is being played on radio in Cyprus already.
